Our company was first established in 1952 as a trading outpost of the Italian Ferri and Ferri group and quickly emerged as a leading trading house in the opportunities presented by the emerging economy of our new nation. We were incorporated as a private limited company, under Companies of Pakistan Act in 1959, as a joint venture between Italian and Pakistani sponsors.
From the outset we are involved both in export of Pakistani cotton and jute products as well as the import of critical equipment, machinery and plants required for the rapidly emerging industrial strength of our nation. In the export sector we have evolved into a specialized Buying House representing some of the major retailers and suppliers in USA.
In the import sector we have had long standing relationships with clients in Oil and Gas, Fertilizer and Sugar sectors for items ranging from steel line pipes (large and small dia.), wellhead assemblies, specialized valves, pumps, centrifugals to gas separators, drive turbines and steam turbines. Our clients rely upon us to source and provide the highest quality products and leading edge technology support from such world class manufacturers as Ilva-Riva, RBR, Forain, Nuovo Pignone (discontinued since the acquisition of NP by GE in 1999) etc. We continue to search and seek relationships with more OEM companies in order to diversify our product offerings to our prestigious clients in Pakistan.

We have established a subsidiary office, TISA Inc., New York to provide hands-on contact point and human resources to service our valued clients, some of whom have been with us for over 3 decades. This speaks for our reputation and credibility.
Our office in Gulberg, Lahore positions our people to interact with textile manufacturers in the hub of Pakistan’s textile industry.
Our head office in D.H.A., Karachi serves as the pivot in the commercial capital of Pakistan.
